Chem-Only Service


A weekly water analysis and adjustments to maintain healthy pH levels - our Chem-Only Service includes:

  • Complete balancing of calcium / alkalinity
  • Ph stabilizer….add chlorine, tablets
  • Add acid as needed
  • Inspect pool sweep, pumps, filters, and plumbing 
  • Monitor scheduling of control panels


Chem & Baskets Service



Includes everything from the above Chem-Only Service, plus:

  • Empty skimmer baskets
  • Empty pool sweep bag
  • Empty Filter pump basket
  • Clean Inline filter screen


Semi-Full Service


Includes everything from the above Chem & Baskets Service, plus:

  • Swimcare will brush the stairs, swim-outs, pool walls and tile as needed
  • We skim the surface of dust, leaves, & debris
  • We also will net the leaves out of the connected spa
